Mathew Kuldell Memorial Scholarship
The deadline for the scholarship is May 1, 2012.
Please download a copy of the application below in Microsoft Word or PDF format, complete the application and attach an an essay of at least 100 words describing a difficulty or challenge you have overcome in
order to complete your high school education successfully. Ideas for the essay are:
- family problems
- self esteem
- academic issues such as ADHD or dyslexia
- a personality conflict with a friend, teacher, or relative
- shyness
- bullying
- test anxiety
- peer pressure
- time management
- emotional problems
- an eating disorder
- fears such as playing a sport, speaking in front of a group, driving, fear of water
The ideas listed here are just that - -ideas. You may use one of these ideas if it applies to you, but please feel free to describe the particular challenge or difficulty that you overcame, even if it isn't listed here.
